Good morning, musicologists and superstitious people everywhere! Welcome to Friday and a great lineup of music that begins with songs about luck: good, bad and pure dumb.

Here’s your Friday the 13th lineup:

10:00 a.m. Good Luck, Bad Luck, Dumb Luck: Various Artists

Luck. It’s one of those things you can’t control, but we sure as hell try, don’t we? You’ll hear Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Cream, Bonnie Raitt, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Steve Winwood, The Beatles, Albert King, Fats Domino, Genesis, Bob Dylan, Loggins & Messina, Joe Walsh, The Rolling Stones, Linda Ronstadt, Taj Mahal, and more!

4:00 p.m. Little Feat Live at Ebbets Field, Denver, CO, July 20, 1973

The original Feat with Lowell George is unparalleled, and that’s what we’ve got here. A great performance from Ebbets Field will be a treat this afternoon.

8:00 p.m. In The Spotlight: The Music of Tracy Chapman

We close out the day’s programming with singer-songwriter Tracy Chapman’s music. Funny that I find it hard to believe that she’s in her sixties now. She’s one of the best of her generation.

We’re here 24/7 and we play the best music on the planet. In between our programming, we air our vast library of 27,000 songs without commercial interruption. We’re anti-capitalist and we’re all about the music. There’s never a charge to tune us in. The button is below.
