Here’s your Tuesday Bluesday line-up:
11:00 a.m. In The Spotlight: The Music of Tracy Nelson NEW!
I have been on a quest for Tracy Nelson music for quite a while, and I’m happy to say that we’re at mission accomplished. This woman’s name should be rolling off everyone’s tongue, frankly. She has made more than twenty albums during her career. We’re happy to finally add her to the list of great ladies that we champion here in The Mermaid Lounge.
3:00 p.m. Album of The Week: CHOBA B CCCP by Paul McCartney
Another airing of this great album of oldies by the artists that invented rock n’ roll and inspired bands like The Beatles, The Stones, and even Tom Petty himself.
7:00 p.m. The Paul Butterfield Blues Band Live at The Unicorn Coffee House, Boston, MA, May 1966
A great blues band in a one of those great old (and now defunct) Boston music venues. This one puts the perfect finishing touch on today’s Tuesday Bluesday programming.
Tune us in, people. We’re free 24/7. We don’t as you to “subscribe.” We also do not require a credit card or that you provide personal information. In fact, we don’t ask you to do anything but listen.
