Good Morning, Bluesologists! We’ve got some great stuff today for Tuesday Bluesday as we return to celebrating Tom Petty Month.

Here’s your Tuesday Bluesday line-up:
11:00 a.m. Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers Sing The Blues
We continue on with Tom Petty features during Tom Petty Month. Tom Petty always envisioned The Heartbreakers sitting around on chairs playing the blues in their old age. Life (and death) has a way of getting in the way of things, but the band made some great blues songs while they were together. We’ve got them here today.
3:00 p.m. Album of The Week: Excitable Boy by Warren Zevon
Our second airing of this great album that doesn’t have a bad song on it. Forget the hits, although they were great enough. The album also has Accidentally Like a Martyr, Nighttime in the Switching Yard, and my favorite, Lawyers, Guns and Money.
7:00 p.m. The Robert Cray Band with Stevie Ray Vaughan Live at Club Redux, Dallas, TX, January 21, 1987
Two great bluesmen here for your listening pleasure. What more could you ask for?
Another day of music brought to you by nobody of commercial importance. We don’t have sponsors. We don’t accept advertising. We just play music all day and all night without any interruption. You ought to give it a shot. It’ll change your view of radio.
