3:00 p.m. Album of the Week: Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones NEW!
Let It Bleed is the eighth British and tenth American album made by The Rolling Stones, released in December 1969, shortly after the band’s North American tour. There was a lot of turmoil in the band during the recording of Let It Bleed. Brian Jones was in the midst of a drug meltdown, and was fired during the making of this album. He was replaced by Mick Taylor. Jones would die about a month after being fired.

Bob Marley was born in Nine Mile, British Jamaica on February 6, 1945, and began his musical career back in 1963. He is considered a pioneer in Reggae music, and developed his unique style by fusing elements of Reggae, Ska and Rocksteady. Marley helped to bring about the global acceptance of Reggae.
