This is essentially another name for a “spotlight” feature because that’s what we’re doing here…putting The Animals in the musical spotlight.

3:00 p.m. Album of The Week: Why Wait! by Kate Taylor

We’re winding down on this week’s Album of The Week. Our final airing of Kate Taylor’s great new album will be on Saturday, so get it while you can!

7:00 p.m. In The Spotlight: The Music of The Kinks

Another great British band here, although somewhat underrated in my opinion given all of the great bands that came out of England during the British Invasion years. Tom Petty often said that Ray Davies is an unheralded songwriter, and I agree with him.
