7:00 p.m. In the Spotlight: The Music of Marvin Gaye

Singer-songwriter Marvin Gaye was instrumental in developing the Motown sound during the 60s, first as an in-house session player, then as one of its most successful solo artists. His talents earned him the nicknames The Prince of Motown and the Prince of Soul. We put him in the spotlight tonight.

We are on the cusp of the weekend now, people, and the music just continues to roll along guiding our path. We’ve got a bunch of listeners on this morning from around the globe, including Italy, Greece, France, the UK, Spain, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Iceland, Texas, Ohio, New York and beyond. What exactly are you waiting for?
