Jimmy Reed was an American blues musician and songwriter. His easily accessible style of electric blues made him popular among non-blues listeners as well. His hits Honest I Do, Big Boss Man, Baby What You Want Me To Do and Bright Lights, Big City appeared on both the Billboard magazine rhythm & blues and Hot 100 singles charts.
