Today’s AOW was George Harrison’s twelfth and final album. It was not completed when he died, but his wish was for his son, Dhani, to finish what he started. Enter Jeff Lynne, commander of ELO and George’s mate in The Traveling Wilburys. Together, he and Dhani Harrison did George proud. This is undoubtedly one of George’s finest albums, released on November 18, 2002, nearly a full year after his death. It’s a great story about a great album, and you can read more about it here.
