It doesn’t get any better than this. Today’s Dylan feature is a great concert from the second leg of the True Confessions tour with Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. This is a musical marriage made in heaven: one, if not the, greatest songwriter of all time backed by one of the best rock n’roll bands in history.
5:00 p.m. Not the Album of The Week: Desire by Bob Dylan
We’ve already had Desire as our album of the week many moons ago. We’ll be featuring a few of our favorite Dylan albums this week. This was the first time I ever heard the sweet voice of Emmylou Harris, who provides some amazing vocals on this masterpiece of an album.
It’s all Dylan all day today. In between, it’s our great open stream. No charge. No card. No personal information. Ever. It’ll be a fun week. Might as well make this your day to tune us in.
