Good Morning, Folks! Today we tone down Tuesday Bluesday just a bit (and just for one week) so that we can continue celebrating Bob Dylan’s 80th birthday. Bluesologists, do not despair! We have some trifectas scheduled throughout the day!

Here’s today’s line-up:
11:00 a.m. Dr. John, Art Blakeley, and David “Fathead” Newman: The Bluesiana Triangle
Three masters give us some blues and funk, Louisiana style. This short-lived group consisted of Dr. John (keyboards, guitar, vocals), Art Blakeley (drums), and David “Fathead” Newman (saxophone, flute).
3:00 p.m. Album of The Week: The Wallflowers by The Wallflowers
The second airing of The Wallflowers’ debut album is upon us.
7:00 p.m. Bob Dylan & George Harrison: The Columbia Music Sessions, May 1, 1970
Rumor has it that Dylan and Harrison were supposed to go meet up with Elvis, but they got a bit sidetracked. Whether the rumor is true or not, we don’t know. But the music is.
All Day Blues Trifectas
We’re running blues trifectas througout the day, Stevie Ray Vaughan at 9:00 a.m., B.B. King at 1:30 p.m., and Eric Clapton at 5:00 p.m.
Come and get it, folks! We’re not-for-profit and do not require a subscription. That means you don’t give us a credit card or your personal information. Ever. Just pull up a tab and sit awhile.
