7:00 p.m.  The Byrds Live at Royal Albert Hall, London, May 13, 1971   NEW!

The Byrds were an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1964. The Byrds’ line-up changed many times over the years, but Roger McGuinn was the one constant presence in the  band. McGuinn was responsible for the band’s signature sound, courtesy of his 12-string Rickenbacker guitar. The sound was adopted and refined by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers years later. In fact, Petty was photographed with his beloved 12-string Rickenbacker on the cover of Damn The Torpedos.

It’s Friday and the weekend’s coming. There’s no better time to tune us in!
