In total, The Beatles performed for 52 BBC radio programs, including Pop Go The Beatles! which began in June of 1963. We’ve got them here for you today. Keep in mind that the BBC studios were not as advanced as those at Abbey Road, so some alterations were necessary.

I hear them a lot at work and every time the station plays a song, all I think is, “What a great song.” They were that kind of band.

This is a live compilation of performances by BeauSoleil culled from their 2006 Louisiana Crossroads performances. By the way, 2006 also marked the 30th year as the band’s world ambasador of authentic Cajun music.

I can vividly remember seeing this amazing band live at The Paradise in Boston back in the day. Man, there were people dancing on the tables they were so good. We chose this album because we felt it was a great way to introduce people to them. But they have made many albums and many live appearances over their half a century in music and, while we do have some of their stuff floating around our stream, I have a vast collection about to make it’s mark on our airwaves. Stay tuned. This is just the beginning.
