It’s Mudcrutch Madness Monday, The Rolling Stones Live @ Palais Royale & Our Final Episode of The Inner Sanctum, on July 27, 2020

Good Morning, Ungovernables! It has been a while and we were more than overdue for another Mudcrutch Madness Monday, and we salute Mick Jagger on his birthday with some live Stones!

Rolling Stones Live

Here’s your Monday line-up:

11:00 a.m.    Mudcrutch Monday Madness!

Here we are again celebrating the band that birthed Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. I say birthed rather than morphed into because Mudcrutch is a badass band all on its own. Petty brought them back into the light in 2008, and the rest is musical history, including a brilliant tour in 2016 where the definitive version of Hungry No More was recorded live at The House of Blues in Boston. We love Mr. Petty here.

Mudcrutch is Tom Petty, Mike Campbell, Benmont Tench (all from the Heartbreakers), along with Randall Marsh and Tom Leadon.

3:00 p.m.     The Inner Sanctum: The Tell-Tale Heart   NEW!

Here’s our very last episode of The Inner Sanctum for this broadcast cycle. But don’t despair! We’ve got plenty more old time radio spooktaculars on the horizon. So, enjoy The Tell-Tale Heart.

7:00 p.m.     The Rolling Stones Live at The Palais Royale Ballroom, Toronto, Canada on August 16, 2002   NEW!

We celebrate Mick Jagger’s birthday (yesterday) with a very unique live performance. It took place in Toronto, Canada, and was essentially a surprise performance to just 1,000 guests.

Tune in. Turn on. Drop out. Hey, still the best advice I’ve heard. Especially if you’re fortunate enough to be off on a Monday. Tune us in. We’re free. We’re 24/7. We’re outside the system.
